About GRV

An Origination Platform, Not a Generalist Consultancy

Global Reach Vanadium (Pty) Ltd exists to originate strategic investment opportunities in mining and critical minerals, finding value where others see only distress or complexity, and bringing the discipline required to convert an opportunity into something investable.

GRV is not an operator, a fund manager, or a bank. Our role is to identify opportunities early, apply institutional-grade financial and technical evaluation before formal processes require it, and coordinate the capital, expertise and stakeholder participation an opportunity needs to move forward.
